The best vineyard in the de Moor stable. This has an extraordinary nose, vibrant and exotic, almost as if there were a touch of chenin blanc in with the chardonnay. There is lovely mineral acidity at the back of this brilliantly nuanced wine. Perhaps not classic Chablis but a genuinely exciting and amazingly persistent wine.
