Organically farmed, Errazuriz Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep ruby colour and
then a nose which marries cherry liqueur, blackberries and eucalyptus. The
palate is velvety and full bodied with ripe tannins and then soft licorice,
sweet spice and a touch of sousbois. A dash of Shiraz adds to the black fruit
on the front palate and complements the gravitas of the Cabernet fruit. Full of
body and rich of flavour, this would work well with Boeuf Bourginon and winter
casseroles.
