The top cuvee from the Wildings of Grange Cochard is their Cote du Py, from the famous blue granite hill which makes the firmest and most powerful Morgon wines. This has been aged in barrel but the wood does not show, such is the power of the fruit. It is deep, dense, dark and powerful and will be perfect from 2011-2016.

Very dark and intense purple crimson colour. Concentrated dense dark fruit aromas, touch of spice, nice and savoury, touch of pepper. Deliciously juicy, with supple tannins and concentrated but still full of life. Very fresh and good length.
