2004	Berrys' Margaux, Ch. Durforts Vivens -- Château Durfort-Vivens -- France Cab.Sauvignon Blend, 13% alc. Specially selected for us by one of Bordeauxs new shining lights,delicious wine represents the essence of modern Margaux. It is an enchanting Claret with beautiful, pure blackcurrant fruit, a velvety smooth texture and a long harmonious finish. This would be delicious with a fillet steak.	Bottle 75 cl	1
2006	Berrys' Meursault, Guyot-Javillier -- Domaine Patrick Javillier -- France Chardonnay, 13% alc. Meursault-master Patrick Javillier has selected, aged and bottled this wine for us. It shows his class as a winemaker as well as the typically rounded character of the appellation. Drink over the next couple of years.	Bottle 75 cl	1
	Berrys' UKC Champagne, Grand Cru Société de Producteurs - Mailly -- Mailly -- France Champagne Blend, 12% alc. Sourced from the prestigious Grand Cru village of Mailly, located at the heart of the Montagne de Reims, and benefiting from over three years ageing, our UKC Cuvée is a classic blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. All the hallmarks of Grand Cru are here, with brioche and flowers on the nose and an elegant palate which marries notes of lemon grass, gingerbread and honeysuckle. The wine effortlessly combines structure and finesse and reverberates with a really authoritative Grand Cru crescendo on the finish. 2001	Berrys' Late Bottled Vintage Port, Quinta do Noval -- Quinta do Noval -- Portugal Port Blend, 19.5% alc. Noval have blended a superb Late Bottled Vintage for us. Made in 2001 but bottled unfiltered, this wine has the depth of flavour, richness and concentration normally only seen in a far grander Port.	Bottle 75 cl	1
	The King's Ginger, Berry Bros. & Rudd (UK only) -- The King's Ginger -- Netherlands 41% alc. Riven with the intense, luxuriant fire of ginger and cut across with the bright bitterness of lemon, this rich and sweet liqueur was formulated at the turn of the 20th century to keep Edward VII on his toes during carriage rides in the cold. The wine merchant Berry Bros created The King's Ginger liqueur in 1903 specially for King Edward VII, to stimulate and revivify His Majesty. This splendidly pokey liqueur is packed with spicy dried and raw root ginger flavours and a robust 41% abv hit, which make it a great addition to long drinks such as Mojito and Mules, and in warming nips like Rusty Nail/Whisky Mac style drinks Oh and you can also tip it over ice cream, pair it with chocolate and sip it neat Classy, versatile and authentic we think it deserves to be the next St Germain.
