This stunning Burgundy epitomises the combination of minerality and richness of fruit that makes top Chassagne-Montrachet so good. Specially produced for us by the outstanding Jean-Claude Bachelet, this is an intense, aromatic wine with citrus flavours, subtle oak and a lovely, long finish. It is ideal with regal flat fish like Turbot or white meat dishes.

This irresistibly aromatic Puligny Montrachet by Domaine Jean-Louis Chavy displays generous bright greengage fruit, neatly honed with a light touch of oak. It’s fresh, floral and minerally and is perfect with regal flat fish like turbot.

The wines of Meursault are renowned as the richest of the three famous Côte de Beaune villages of Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault. Made with the assistance of top winemaker Patrick Javillier, this is a an especially elegant example with a gentle figgy nose and a lovely palate of rich, creamy lemon fruit and hints of nut and banana. A firm structure supports the classy, restrained, vanilla oak notes and the very long finish.This would be excellent with cream-based fish and white meat dishes.
