Extra Ordinary Christmas, 15-bottle Case
Save £49.50 On a 15-bottle Extra Ordinary Christmas Case. This bumper case contains twelve bottles of our ever-popular Berrys’ Extra Ordinary Claret together with three complimentary bottles of Berrys’ Extra Ordinary White.

Ever since we launched Berrys’ Extra Ordinary Claret in 2005, it has proven a highly popular choice, offering an attractive combination of quality, value and reliability at an affordable price. We place great importance on the sourcing of this wine, which is why we entrust the selection to a Bordeaux legend, Jean-Michel Cazes of Ch. Lynch Bages fame. For Berrys’ Extra Ordinary White, Jean-Michel has come up with another classic Graves blend, this time of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. If you’re looking for an aperitif, or something to drink with poultry or fish, this quintessential white Bordeaux is a delicious choice.

"Berrys' Extra Ordinary Claret is rich, soft and seductive. It's really quite decadent for Bordeaux, and it has a lovely warmth and charm to the nose and palate. Delicious now and for the next few years."
Simon Staples, Fine Wine Director (March 2010)

Berrys' Extra Ordinary Claret -- Jean-Michel Cazes -- France
Cab.Sauvignon Blend, 13% alc.
The idea of Berrys’ Extra Ordinary Claret was first mooted way back in 1986, but much like a fine Claret, we felt it was better to wait until the concept was perfectly mature – and launched it a mere 19 years later, in 2005. Personally selected for us by Bordeaux legend Jean-Michel Cazes, of Ch. Lynch Bages-fame, this is an elegant, modern Claret packed with sleek cassis and plum fruit matched with the classic earthy, minerally hints of the Graves. As with our GOC, we feel the success of this wine lies in its combination of quality, value and reliability at an affordable price.

Another classic Graves blend from Jean-Michel Cazes, this time of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon – and it’s elegant, aromatic and irresistible! It has a fragrant grassy nose and a lively palate of fresh zingy fruit followed by a rich, creamy lemon finish. This quintessential white Bordeaux is utterly delicious as an aperitif or with fish, crustacea, poultry and asparagus.
