wine spills out in his writings. This fine wine dinner will be crafted
following advice from the great man himself, by means of his monograph Wine in
Peace and War and the classic wine and food pairings in Brideshead Revisited.
Berrys’ Chairman Simon Berry and Master of Wine Jasper Morris will
enliven the evening with expert commentary and relevant readings from Evelyn
Waugh’s works as you enjoy a suitably lavish dinner.
