Our Food & Wine Matching Specialist, Nick Page, is passionate about finding
unique ways in which to illustrate the differences between taste and flavour so
that you have the thrill of learning by trying various combinations. You will
explore the different elements of wine and food and how they work together. The
first evening will cover the fundamentals of food and wine matching and Nick
will provide solutions to the most frequent pitfalls. The second session will
explore how we taste and illustrate the five tastes that make up every flavour
in the world. You will discover how they interact and how they work via a
variety of classic matches.
