When it comes to the world’s greatest white wine it isn’t the letter x that marks the spot, but the word Montrachet. Within a few hundred metres of one another lie five wonderful Grands Crus, three of which you’ll be treated to this evening, followed by three mature Premiers Crus Red Burgundies from 1988 and 1976. Tonight Master of Wine Alun Griffiths will guide you through this myriad of heavenly wines, both red and white, while you enjoy a divine dinner.
