Lance Jefferson will indulge you with pairings of some of his favourite wines.
Graves and St Julien, perhaps Lance’s favourite Bordeaux communes, are
home to some of Bordeaux’s finest dry white and red wines, offering
immense elegance and value. An array will accompany the starter and main
course, before a pudding matched with a heavenly nectar from Sauternes.
