Tucked away off the Torronieri road the small Cerbaiona estate has been home to
Diego and Nora Molinari since 1977, who produced their first vintage in 1980,
all 70 bottles of it! Today production is increased to 8000 bottles and now
this estate is home to some of Italy’s finest wines, with their Brunelli
second to none. Tonight, over a sumptuous dinner, you’ll be introduced to
and delighted by one of our more recent finds.
