Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé & Menetou- Salon with André Dezat, 18th May

It seems as though the Andre Dezat family have been supplying Berrys with Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé since records began. Their wines are the standard by which our other white Loire wines are often judged; model suppliers both in quality and price. Tonight, fourth generation winemakers Simon and Louis Dezat come to Berrys to explain just how they've managed to maintain such a long track record. Maybe there'll be a clue in the wines we'll taste! They will also provide some more mature vintages straight from their cellars – a rare treat.
