The charming and knowledgeable Sara Guiducci from our Fine Wine Team will tonight take you on a tour of some of Bordeaux’s most fabulous wines accompanied by a specially-designed seasonal four-course menu. All styles will be covered, from the refined Grand Cru Classé dry white of Domaine de Chevalier to both Left and Right Bank reds from top Châteaux, and finishing of course with the de rigueur drop of liquid gold, a mature and gloriously complex Premier Cru Sauternes from the 1999 vintage.
