Our resident Loire Specialist and Master of Wine Martin Hudson is practically a Loire local, visiting his holiday home in the region as often as he can. Allow him to be your guide this evening as he showcases the best of what this beautiful but often under-appreciated wine region can offer. Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc – all these grape varieties are represented this evening in a terrific line-up that shows off the real diversity and quality of which the Loire Valley is capable. Add to that a fresh and vibrant spring menu designed by Head Chef Stewart Turner, and you have the perfect way to celebrate the start of the weekend.
