Spain is just as well-known for its delicious queso as for its superb wines. Sheep’s, cow’s and goat’s milk cheeses, and even a combination – all will be represented tonight, including the famous Cabrales cheese from the Picos de Europa in Asturias, Mahon from Menorca and of course a mature Manchego. These cheesy delights will be accompanied by a marvellous selection of vinous treats, covering the entire country from Navarra in the north-east right down to sun-baked Jerez in the south. An evening of education and indulgence.
