Our Head Chef Stewart Turner will design a gourmet feast worthy of even the most luxurious Glyndebourne hamper, to include scrumptious pork pies, creamy coronation chicken, lobster salad, smoked salmon and even a miniature summer pudding. Rebecca Lamont has chosen a deliciously summery wine line-up, featuring Meursault, young Rioja, racy Riesling, refreshing cru Beaujolais and of course a zippy rosé or two. Discover your personal favourites, then take away your new-found knowledge and put it into practice throughout the summer. All we need now is decent weather!
