Join Sherry aficionado Anne McHale as she aims to convert every last one of you to a Sherry fanatic in this tutored tasting on what is one of the world’s most lamentably underrated fine wine regions. Anne will explain production techniques and showcase a wide range of Sherry styles, from crisply delicate Manzanilla and bone-dry dark nutty Amontillado, to smooth Oloroso and richly raisined Pedro Ximénez. Not only will you leave with a better understanding of the incredible diversity of which the Jerez region is capable, you will also find your taste buds very satisified – our Head Chef Stewart is extremely passionate about Spanish food, and will design a special selection of authentically Spanish tapas to show the wines at their very best. This will include delights like Ibérico charcuterie, seafood, pork belly and even a delectable sweet treat at the end of the night.
