You’ll wish you had more stomachs this evening when you set eyes upon the feast that our Head Chef Stewart Turner has laid out. He will design a range of mini dishes celebrating the best of British beef and exploring all the cuts from head to toe. Courses will include braises, carpaccio, ox cheek, oxtail and even heel of beef. Family-owned top butchers Aubrey Allen will supply all the meat and owner, Peter Allen along with Carl de Silva, will tell you all about the cuts. When you taste these dishes alongside Rebecca Lamont’s divine range of fine red wines to include two Classed Growth Clarets, two Grand Cru Burgundies, two Rhônes, two Spanish, two Italian and two Australian, this is bound to be food and wine matching paradise – a gourmet evening which will impress like no other!
