Our marvellous Head Chef Stewart Turner will design four mouth-watering dishes, incorporating the best seasonal ingredients of spring. The emphasis will be on elegance, with delicate fish courses, soups and salads. Your delightful host Rebecca Lamont will enchant you with a stylish selection of white, rosé and sparkling wines, and will educate you about their origins and grape varieties.
