Berrys’ Classic Wine Regions Evening Wine School aims to take you on a whistle-stop tour of the world’s classic wine regions and to give you inspiration for continued discovery. Each session will demonstrate the key features of specified wine regions through the tasting of classic wine examples. We will look at quality hierarchy, the differences between such terms as Premier Cru, Grand Cru and Premier Cru Classé, as well as commune and vintage comparisons, and the role of winemaking, climate and terroir. Naturally all the attributes will be showcased through a fantastic line-up of some of the world’s greatest wine producers.
