The WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits is devised by the internationally recognised Wine & Spirit Education Trust (www.wsetglobal.com). Level 3 takes a more comprehensive look at the wines and spirits of the world, with an increased focus on tasting. Holders of this Award will be able to quote key factors influencing wine characteristics and make informed selections of wines and spirits in a wide variety of situations. Two sessions will be studied each day, with two days allocated to revision, and the final day will consist of the examination lasting two hours. The course cost covers WSET examination fees, WSET course materials, WSET accredited tuition, use of Berrys' equipment and Berrys' tasting samples.
  • This course is perfect for wine connoisseurs who wish to learn about wines and spirits in a rigorous and structured manner, and gain an internationally recognised wine and spirit qualification.
  • It is also aimed at people employed in the drinks and hospitality industries in a supervisory capacity, needing core information to advise management and customers with authority and make informed selections of wines and spirits.
  • It is a rigorous course and requires intensive study and preparation.
