This Bergerac white wine from hand-harvested, 45+ year-old vines, is a fresh and vibrant blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle. Short ageing on lees provides complexity, whilst the light touch of new French oak (matured for 8-10 months) provides richness and a sumptuous mouthfeel , while preserving the mouthwatering flavours of green apples and fresh grass of the Sauvignon Blanc.
