Allt a Bhainne, taken from the gaelic, translates as "the stream of milk". It seems they like their milk strong in this part of Speyside. The distillery is a modern construction, built to augment supply for the Chivas Brothers' blends.

This single cask expression offers creamy notes infused with a little burnt grass and over-layered by fruit - banana and pear come to mind.
