A chunky, slightly monolithic, but well-endowed Pomerol, Domaine de l’Eglise’s 2006 exhibits a dense plum/ruby color as well as dusty, earthy notes intermixed with black cherry and black raspberry fruit. Medium-bodied with elevated tannins in the finish, it will and keep for 10-15 years.
