La Flor is a wonderful Sauvignon from Pulenta, crisp and aromatic and with an exemplary texture, as far from the cooked sweaty aromas sometimes associated with South American Sauvignon as it is possible to be. The 2011 has crisp but not tart acidity and is complex and leafy, with asparagus and citric notes on the palate. This will be perfect with sea-food, and is, unsurprisingly, one of our best sellers in the top London restaurants.
