Berrys' One Day Champagne School, Saturday 29th September 2012

This One Day Wine School is ideal for those who would like to discover the whys and wherefores of the world’s most luxurious wine during a Saturday morning’s tuition. Edwin Dublin, recently crowned UK Champagne Ambassador 2011, will demystify Champagne for you and proffer a line-up of every style of Champagne, from Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, vintage, non-vintage, right through to deluxe cuvées. The roll-call of producers will span great names such as Bollinger, Krug and Pol Roger, along with prestigious individual growers. All this will be followed by a sumptuous and appropriately elegant luncheon in the Napoleon Cellar.
