Christine and Maria are now reaping the rewards of their parents’ diligence, especially evident in a top vintage such as 2004. This Reserva wine is a blend of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Mazuelo and 5% Graciano and has been aged for 22 months in barrel (60% American and 40% French)

The wine has a classic gentle colour, and aromas of ripe blackberry, balsam and spice; the palate is typically warming and generous, with balanced acidity and secondary characteristics evidenced in the name of a most satisfactory food-matching potential. Try with pork or lamb.
