French Classics, A One Day Course, Thursday 8th November 2012

This course is designed to give you a quick fix of the key classic regions of France. As part of a small and intimate wine school (restricted to 15) you will come away being able to recognise the areas within France, having become familiar with their most famous village and wine names and also have an impression of the characteristics coming from each bottle, with particular reference to the grape variety used. We hope that you find this course enormously useful and practical to help you in your further engagement with wine, whether in a restaurant or future purchases for dining at home or creating events.
