Burgundy, A One Day Course, Thursday 15th November 2012

Our Thursday One-Day Course on Burgundy will have a maximum of 15 attendees and will be held entirely in the Pickering Cellar. It differs from a One Day Wine School which is for a larger numbers with a full luncheon in the Napoleon Cellar. This is an opportunity to become totally engrossed in Burgundy. In the morning we will study the whites with some nice comparisons between the years 2010, 2009 and 2007. It is a great way to get to know these beguiling wines. The same applies to the reds which will be studied after a revitalising picnic lunch. The red list contains yet another stellar line-up of standard bearers in 2007 in such a highly sought after region.
