This is a chance to try different wines with each course - in essence a workshop tasting dinner - that gives you a secure framework for trial and error. You will soon find that there are different points of view around the table, which Berrys find as useful as you do! Tonight’s theme is classic Burgundy. Although this region is considered a classic match with these dishes, we will no doubt find subtle differences between the wines which will affect our preferred matches with this seasonal menu.
