Fine Wine & Smoked Salmon, Ham, Goose & Plum Pudding, 10 December

Did you ever want to try a Grand Cru Burgundy next to a Gran Reserva Rioja and give venerable Claret a chance too? If so, come and join us as we try twelve spectacular wines. Tonight our Head Chef will set his creative genius to designing two classic courses of smoked salmon followed by a delicious ham dish. Look out for his attention to detail and his signature creative twist. Then you can depend on traditional goose with all the trimmings and an all-enveloping plum pud to conclude. Wine classics from Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Rioja, Piedmont and Bordeaux will put their best foot forward as well as entrants from California and Oregon, Germany and the Languedoc to spice up the parade. A festive feast not to be missed.
