They continue from strength to strength and this time he has chosen as his theme ‘at the foot of the mountain’: the fabulous wines of Piedmont. There is a plethora of styles from this region and Chris intends to show you as many as he can over a delicious menu inspired by the local cucina. As many of you will testify, Chris’ knowledge on Piedmont wines is very detailed, but do not let that camouflage his ardent passion for the region too.
