Tonight Jasper pits the two great negociant houses Bouchard Père et Fils and Louis Jadot against each other in three flights of Grand Cru whites: Corton-Charlemagne from 2007, Chevalier-Montrachet from 2008 and Le Montrachet from 2006. He has added in another well known producer to complete the threesome in each trio. The objective is to compare and contrast the wines whilst discussing terroir, vintage and of course the handling from the producer.
