Similar to a Vouvray Sec-Tendre, this off-dry (3 grams RS) 100% Chenin Blanc grown on the banks of the Loire near Azy-le-Rideau, has a light, crunchy pomme (Cox?) and pear appeal, whilst being earthed in Loire stoniness; a wine that's bright with sunny energy and light; a wine that never tires but excites. An excellent example of true, pure (off) dry Loire Chenin Blanc for drinking now, as an aperitif.
