One-Day Blind Wine Tasting Practice Tuesday 28th May 2013
If you love the challenge of blind tasting, or if you are taking tasting exams this year, this is the day for you. Wine Education Specialist Anne McHale will choose a selection of still white and red (non-fortified) wines for you to taste blind in flights of three, which you can use to practise your tasting and exam technique.

Afterwards there will be discussion on the structure of each wine, with the chance to understand why the wines are what they are. Quality level, origin, grape variety, maturation methods and potential for ageing will all be covered. A simple buffet lunch will be served.

Timings: 10.00am – 3.00pm
