The incredibly knowledgeable Demetri Walters MW is someone you can have a good argument with. Tonight he will tackle the age old question for wine geeks: how much of wine is nature, referred to as terroir, and how much is winemaking? This will be a lively evening, a huge amount of fun, and a jolly tasty tasting.
