This is a dark and brooding 2007 with considerable intensity. While there's powerful fruit up front, the structure behind is still a little fierce. On day two, the wine comes together beautifully, the acidity and tannins being submerged by the fruit which remains very concentrated and youthful. If you are tempted to try a bottle soon we suggest open it well in advance and decant.
