Amanda is delighted to be taking you through three centuries of gin history, from the battlefields of Holland to the streets of London. As we explore what each century meant to the gin industry, we will show you how to make a classic cocktail with No.3 Gin from each era to reflect the trends of the time and show how our palates have evolved to the classic London Dry Gin we now know and love.
