Join us this lunchtime for an informative session with Asami Tasaka, our Sake expert. Asami will teach you about the special rice used for Sake, how different Sakes are made and when to serve specific styles. This can all be learnt and tasted in our Pickering Cellar alongside our Head Chef Stewart Tuner’s Pickering Cellar Buffet.
