From fine Bordeaux to exciting emerging regions, our expert tutors will guide you through the chosen topic as you tuck in to a delicious buffet-style lunch, created in-house by our Head Chef Stewart Turner and his team.

This promises to be a real treat. Dilleta Cavelleri – producer of the finest examples of Franciacorta in Lombardy – will be coming all the way from Italy to meet you and teach you all about this sparkling wine over a wonderful lunch. A great way to start December with a few popping corks.
