Italy produces some of the most food-friendly wines in the world and some of the very best matches for our Christmas favourites of salmon, poultry and beef, not to mention all those delicious Christmas desserts. Come along and taste six very different styles of Italian wine, from the northern, southern and central regions, and listen to how they were made whilst you enjoy a delicious Christmas buffet. You'll be able to experiment and match different wines with different dishes and decide for yourself which are the winning combinations.
