Get away from the hustle and bustle by joining us at one of our popular Napoleon Cellar Luncheons where you'll be treated to fine wine, fine cuisine and fine company.
Tucked away beneath our shop in the heart of central London, the cellars were once the largest working cellars in the capital. In 1999 they were converted to create London's most exclusive fine dining venue.
Housed within the impressive vaulted Napoleon Cellar, so named after Napoleon III, who plotted his return to France here whilst in exile in England between 1838 and 1848, you will be treated to a truly unforgettable luncheon.
Lunch commences at 12.45pm with a refreshing aperitif to whet your appetite ahead of a sumptuous three-course lunch. Your host will introduce and talk about each superb wine (minimum of five) as they are served to you.

Prepare for a tour of Cyprus, Greece and the islands. Brace yourself for some startling discoveries, and perhaps to set-aside some long-held aversions! Demetri Walters MW will be your guide as you taste an array of delicious white, red and sweet wines from arguably the oldest wine-making culture in the Mediterranean. Many of these wines will seem obscure, others will be recognisable classics, landmark examples that have come to us from a former age. Our head chef, Stewart Turner, will create a Greek menu that will provide the perfect foil to an enjoyable and educational lunch. ‘Kopiaste!’
N.B. Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd stocks at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards
