Description

This evening has been designed by our Head of Wine School to give you a surge of confidence when it comes to your own palate and wine preferences. Ten wines will be tasted, compared and contrasted, taking in the key grape varieties that appear in the wine classics of the world. We’ll discuss ripeness, acidity and tannins and leave you with a thought-provoking comparison on the ageing of wines. If you’ve always wanted to really get to grips with wine tasting, this is the place to start.
