Description

Learn to diffrentiate Sancerre from Saumur at this introduction to the Loire. We’ll be touring along France’s longest river this evening, exploring the region’s classic cool climate grapes and elegant styles of wine. Starting at the sea, with a light, vibrant Muscadet, we’ll continue through different permutations of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin before looking at the region’s earthy and refreshing reds. You’ll have the opportunity to try these glorious wines with their classic match, soft goats’ cheese, and alongside our Head Chef’s carefully designed canapés too.
