Early summer is the perfect time to discover some new white wines to add to your repertoire either for apéritifs on the lawn or to accompany those light summer dishes or even a BBQ. From Champagne to Sherry and Pigato to Puligny we consider choices ranging from the light, crisp and characterful to the more full-bodied and rich, all intended to suit the warmer temperatures and cooler menus of summer.
