How tonight’s guest, winemaker Daniel Chotard, manages to make excellent wine when not organising music concerts or playing jazz piano and guitar in his own band, we will never know. There is no doubt, however that his Sancerres are of very high quality with a mineral backbone and fine, aromatic profile. Join him in the Pickering Cellar tonight as he talks you through the story of his domaine and showcases his fine range of wines.
