Weekday Course Days are our new launch and suitable for those that prefer to concentrate on learning about specific wine regions in a small intimate setting for groups no larger than 16.
There will be a morning and afternoon tutorial, taking place in the Pickering Cellar and led by our knowledgable staff who are passionate about teaching and empowering you with your newfound knowledge and experience. The proceedings will break for a refreshing and restorative picnic lunch as well as intermittent tea and coffee breaks. The day is devoted to learning about wine through taste, interaction and discussion with fellow attendees.
A maximum of 4 tickets is permitted per customer.

Description
If you’ve always been mystified by Italian wine and would like to understand more, then look no further than today’s summer school focusing exclusively on Italy. Our experienced Wine Education Specialist and Master of Wine Anne McHale will select wines from all the country’s classic wine regions so that you feel more confident when ordering wine in an Italian restaurant; she will also go slightly off the beaten track so that you have the chance to explore more unusual styles too. You will taste eight wines in the morning before a break for a buffet lunch; the afternoon will include eight more wines. This will be an educational, informative and fascinating day.
