Weekday Course Days
Weekday Course Days are our new launch and suitable for those that prefer to concentrate on learning about specific wine regions in a small intimate setting for groups no larger than 16.
There will be a morning and afternoon tutorial, taking place in the Pickering Cellar and led by our knowledgable staff who are passionate about teaching and empowering you with your newfound knowledge and experience. The proceedings will break for a refreshing and restorative picnic lunch as well as intermittent tea and coffee breaks. The day is devoted to learning about wine through taste, interaction and discussion with fellow attendees.
A maximum of 4 tickets is permitted per customer.

Description
If you enjoy drinking a glass or two of quality fizz but don’t know much about how the bubbles get there, what grape varieties are used and how the different styles are made, today’s Summer School is perfect for you. Our bubbly Wine Education Specialist Barbara Drew will take you on a comprehensive tour of the world’s major sparkling wine styles, to include Prosecco, Cava, English Sparkling wine and of course an in-depth look at Champagne. A buffet luncheon prepared by our expert team of chefs will provide sustenance whilst you learn. Eight wines will be tasted before lunch, and eight after lunch.
