Weekday Course Days are our new launch and suitable for those that prefer to concentrate on learning about specific wine regions in a small intimate setting for groups no larger than 16.
There will be a morning and afternoon tutorial, taking place in the Pickering Cellar and led by our knowledgable staff who are passionate about teaching and empowering you with your newfound knowledge and experience. The proceedings will break for a refreshing and restorative picnic lunch as well as intermittent tea and coffee breaks. The day is devoted to learning about wine through taste, interaction and discussion with fellow attendees.
A maximum of 4 tickets is permitted per customer.

Description
This day will give you a comprehensive view of Spanish wine. We will spend the morning focusing on the North of the country, and traditional regions such as Rioja and Navarra, looking at whites, rosés and reds. After a break for our Head Chef's buffet-style luncheon, and an opportunity to see how the wines match with different foods, we will continue onto the south of the country, looking at up and coming regions and forgotten styles too, like Sherry and Cava.
