Chavy's 2007 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières is a little lighter than in the 2008 vintage, but shows greater minerality and freshness. 2007 is  indeed holding up extremely well. An attractive option for this summer, it is both fleshy and floral, backed by a deliciously fine, long and refreshing finish.
